that others will want to know your secret.
Allow me to introduce myself, I am John Quillan.
There is a great possibility that you have never heard of me. However, after you have finished reading about my background in business and businesses developments you’ll be glad you had. Why? Back in the eighties I made an interesting discovery; I was not alone in wanting to know how to develop my retail business.
At the age of 28 years old I dissolved a partnership, and found that I had become responsible and accountable for everything going on in my new business life as an owner/manager.
My accountant during that time told me I was insolvent along with my business partner.
My business partner told me he would eat his hat if I could turn a debt-
I did more than this. I transformed it from debt to profit, and this was during a recession. The business was then sold on to the company I use to work for as a manager.
What did I do as a retail business owner/manager taking over from a partnership?

To start simply begin by using three people in your industry who is successful, look at the way they have successfully developed their own their companies, read and look for their success signs that will align with your business. I’ve read and heard: “You only need to change one thing” However, I know that it takes more than one change to make a business successful. I believe and know that there are many things that you can do to change your retail business profoundly.
You as a leader of the business must build a very broad knowledge base of your products,
industry. Equally as well, what your customers want and buy from your company. Again
you are the one person in business that must be clear about the direction of the
business with good management skills. There are two important things to work with,
your vision and your leadership. There is so much information out there it will be
difficult to find. I, however, have gone through the process, and condensed it into
a simple to use Q-
